Ms. Candy, a native of Eastern Shore, has been with ESENTA since 2006. She started as a scribe for ESENTA shortly after graduating from Parkside High School in 2005. While working full time, Denise went to Chesapeake College, achieving her degree as a surgical technologist and a certified nursing assistant (CNA) in 2011. She began working as a medical assistant in our clinic, but audiology piqued her interest. Denise is now a certified audiology assistant with certifications in diagnostic testing and amplification, which she achieved through Nova Southeastern University in 2014. She is an integral part of the audiology team and assists the audiologists with hearing tests, scheduling, VNG testing, hearing aid repairs, helping our patients on a daily basis, and so much more. Denise enjoys spending her down time with her husband and beautiful baby girl.
